					<description>Thanks Gorilla Trades. In this day an age with the speed of communication on the net, you just can't afford to mistreat your customers. everyone gets to hear about it and quickly.

When you think that the most effective form of advertising is recommendations from other customers, it goes to prove that customer satisfaction should be at the top of every businesses agenda! 

Forget about any other form of advertising, if you don't have happy customers, you don't have a long term business.</description>
